Programs and Impact
Currently based in Nakivale Refugee Settlement, Western Uganda operates multiple programs serving local communities and newcomer refugee youths and advancing sport for development across the region. Our programs operate 6 days a week for more than 42 weeks per year. Our programs benefit youth from over 7 countries speaking seven different languages ages 6 to 19 years old. Through literacy & numeracy classes, sports & chess initiatives, mentorship, scholarships and creation of safe spaces refugee youth are prepared for success and are supported to help achieve their dreams and goals, thanks to each dollar invested in our mission.
